Pacific Coast Tree Services is a team of qualified arborists and experienced grounds crew servicing the Macleay Valley Coast Region. We live and work locally, so we understand the coastal weather, the soil conditions and the way trees behave in this part of the world.
We take pride in doing the job properly – working safely, respecting your property and giving honest, practical advice about your trees. From the first phone call through to the final clean-up, you’ll be dealing with people who are approachable, reliable and happy to answer questions.
We genuinely enjoy what we do. Whether it’s carefully pruning a favourite backyard tree, helping make a property safer for kids, or opening up a view over the river, there’s real satisfaction for us in leaving a site looking better than when we arrived.
Every job starts with a proper look at your trees and a conversation about what you want to achieve. We explain the options in plain language, whether that means pruning and reduction to manage growth, complete removal where necessary, or planning work in stages over time. If there are any council requirements, access issues or safety considerations, we talk those through with you so there are no surprises.
On the day of the job, our focus is on safety, respect and a tidy finish. We follow safe work practices and use the right equipment for the job, paying close attention to powerlines, structures, neighboring properties and access. We plan how we will move equipment and where branches will be lowered so that gardens, lawns and buildings are protected as much as possible. When the tree work is complete, we chip, stack or remove material as agreed, clean up debris and leave the space neat, safe and ready to use.
Whether we’re managing a complex removal in a tight space or carrying out maintenance pruning on a larger block, we bring the same standard of care, clear communication and quality results to every job.
Our approach is simple: wherever possible, we aim to improve, not remove. Healthy, well-managed trees add shade, character, privacy and value to your home or property, and if a tree can be made safe and kept, we will always tell you. When removal really is the best option, we explain why, talk you through any risks and outline what the process will involve.
When trees and stumps do need to come out, we work efficiently and carefully and then make sure nothing goes to waste. All excess material from our tree work is repurposed. Removed timber is cut and processed for quality hardwood firewood, leafy material is turned into mulch that is ideal for gardens and landscaping, and suitable hardwood is put aside for construction, fencing and other practical uses.
This way, your old trees continue to be useful in other ways instead of ending up as landfill. It is better for the environment, supports the local community and reflects the way we like to do business – looking after people, their properties and the coast we all share.
